What vaccinations are required?
For the health and safety of all our guests, dogs attending Canine Grounds must have their required vaccinations up to date. Owners may be asked to provide a valid vaccination record before their first visit. Additional health or parasite-prevention requirements may apply depending on the service.
Can puppies attend daycare?
Yes, puppies may be accepted once they meet our minimum age and vaccination requirements. All new puppies may undergo an assessment to ensure they are comfortable and suitable for our daycare environment.
Do you offer a trial day?
Yes. We recommend an initial assessment or trial session for new daycare guests. This allows our team to get to know your dog, understand their personality and assess how comfortably they interact within our environment.
Can you provide dog transport?
Transport services may be available for selected areas, subject to availability. Please contact us with your location and preferred timing, and we will advise you on availability, collection arrangements and applicable fees.

Bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed after Canine Grounds has reviewed the booking request and communicated the applicable charges and payment requirements. Service rates may vary depending on the service selected, your dog's individual needs and the length of stay. Please contact us before making payment if you have any questions about your booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact Canine Grounds as soon as possible. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund requests are assessed based on the service booked, the notice provided and any costs already incurred or services already delivered. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using an appropriate method after confirmation by Canine Grounds.

By using Canine Grounds services, the owner agrees to the applicable Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions.
2. Health & Vaccination
Owners must provide accurate health, vaccination, dietary and care information. Canine Grounds may pause or refuse a service where necessary for the health, safety or wellbeing of the dog, other animals, customers or staff.
3. Behaviour
Owners must disclose relevant behavioural concerns. A service may be modified or stopped if a dog presents a safety concern.
4. Booking, Cancellation & Payment
Bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits and refunds are subject to the applicable Canine Grounds policies communicated for the booking.
5. Care & Liability
Canine Grounds will take reasonable care of every dog. Owners remain responsible for disclosing pre-existing conditions and special requirements.
